🔄 Refund and Returns Policy – Magic Aromatherapy Candles (Sample)

At Magic Aromatherapy Candles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Since our candles are handmade and often limited edition, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Personalized, custom, or used candles cannot be returned unless defective.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If free shipping was offered, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
